“Click, click, click, click”… in the past, the princely horse-drawn carriages drove right through our beautiful REMISE castle restaurant. The well-preserved horse trough dates back to this time and today forms the perfect backdrop for a romantic candlelight dinner.
A few centuries later, our head chef and his young kitchen team invite you on a culinary journey of pleasure. Sophisticated culinary delights await you – giving us the privilege of being one of the hippest gourmet addresses in Saxony.

Warm cuisine: Tuesday – Sunday 17:30 – 20:30.
Coffee and cake: Tuesday – Sunday 14:00 – 17:00.

Yes, we offer vegetarian and, on request, vegan dishes.
Is the restaurant also open to external guests?
Yes, external guests are also very welcome. Please make a reservation in advance.
Can I celebrate events in the restaurant?
Absolutely – our coach house and other castle rooms are ideal for celebrations, conferences and weddings.
How big is the restaurant and what occasions is it suitable for?
The Remise offers 270 m² of space for up to 120 guests. It is ideal for à la carte dining or exclusive events.
Are pets allowed in the restaurant?
Dogs are welcome in the hotel, but are not allowed in the breakfast or restaurant area.
