Check-in
Welcome to the Schlosshotel Purschenstein – your stylish retreat in the Ore Mountains. To ensure that your arrival and departure are as pleasant as your stay, you will find an overview of all the important information here.
01. Arrival
- The reception is located in the historic coach house (right next to the parking lot).
- Check-in is possible daily from 15:00 (until 19:00 at the latest).
- Please have your ID and booking details ready.
02. Room occupancy
- After check-in you will receive your room key and all information about your stay.
- Should you require additional services such as wellness or restaurant reservations, reception will be happy to help you.
03. Departure
- Please check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
- Please return the key to reception on departure.
Breakfast included
Start the day at a relaxed pace: our rich breakfast is included in the room rate and awaits you daily with fresh regional products, warm delicacies and fragrant coffee in the stylish ambience of the castle.

What room types are available?
We offer comfort and luxury double rooms, junior and superior suites, maisonette rooms, family suites, a bridal suite and a presidential suite.
Are there accessible rooms?
Due to the historical structure of the building, our rooms are not completely barrier-free. Please contact us for individual solutions.
How many people can stay in the family suite?
Our family suite offers space for up to 5 people and has two bathrooms.
Are pets allowed in the room?
Four-legged guests are very welcome at Schlosshotel Purschenstein
KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH
Not every dog gets along with every other dog. Please keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel so that everyone can give one another enough space.
RAW FEEDING
If your dog is fed a raw diet, please feed it outdoors and outside the hotel room.
BEDS
Hotel beds are reserved for our human guests.
REMISE RESTAURANT | CASTLE HALL
For hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted at breakfast in the Castle Hall or inside the Remise restaurant.
CHARGE
We charge €15 per dog per night.
Can I reserve a baby crib?
Yes, baby cribs are available free of charge on request. Please indicate this when booking.
